Payments

Each payment for an order is verified before approval.

Luxury Giorgio Magnani reserves the right to refuse an order in case of suspected fraud and may request additional documentation in accordance with the website’s general policy.

We accept payments via PayPal (installments available for amounts up to €2000), Credit Card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard), Cash on Delivery (for amounts up to €5000, with a €10 service fee), and Bank Transfer (customers must complete the transfer within 2-3 business days and send proof of payment to customer service).

Orders will only be shipped after payment has been successfully received.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends), subject to product availability and payment verification, especially for bank transfers.

During sales, promotions, events, or national holidays, shipping times may be longer. We apologize for any inconvenience in advance.

All shipping costs are included in the total price and cover insurance, ensuring full reimbursement in case of loss.

Italy

All domestic shipments are handled by Bartolini Express service (1-2 business days), while deliveries to islands and Calabria take 2-4 business days.

Europe

All European shipments are handled by DHL or TNT Express (1-3 business days) or Standard (3-5 business days).

Custom Duties

Custom duties are not included in the displayed online price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot provide an estimate for these charges. For any inquiries, please contact your local courier service.

Outside Europe (USA, Asia, etc.)

All international shipments are handled by DHL Express (2-6 business days).
Shipping is included in the price.

Any export taxes or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Russia

Due to current international regulations, the customer must arrange shipping independently.

Order delivery

If the customer is absent at the first delivery attempt, the courier will attempt a second delivery on the next business day.
If delivery fails after two attempts, Luxury Giorgio Magnani will contact the customer to arrange a new delivery date.
If the customer refuses delivery for any reason, shipping costs, along with any applicable taxes or duties, will be deducted from the refund.
Luxury Giorgio Magnani is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier.

Returns (D. Lgs 206/2005)

Customers unsatisfied with their purchase can request a return for a size exchange or a refund within 14 days of receiving the order by accessing the "Returns" section in their user profile.
The item must be returned in perfect condition, undamaged, with all security seals and brand tags intact.
For defective products, customers must contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order to report any issues. Customer service reserves the right to evaluate the defect and propose the most appropriate solution (return at the company’s expense or an additional discount on the product).
Once a return request is submitted, the customer will receive an RMA code via email with detailed return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who may use any courier service, including postal services, to send the package back to our headquarters. The customer must promptly inform customer service of the tracking number and courier details.
If the customer is unable to arrange the return shipment independently, they may contact customer service for assistance in scheduling a pickup and receiving a prepaid label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Return instructions are included in every package.
Customers can only exchange an item for a different size of the same product, subject to availability. In this case, the shipping costs for both the return and the new item will be covered by the customer.
Shipping fees paid for the initial delivery are non-refundable. The customer will receive a refund only for the item price, excluding any customs duties.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, using the same payment method chosen by the customer.
Luxury Giorgio Magnani reserves the right to return damaged products to the sender if prior notification of damage was not provided. Additional cleaning or repair costs may be deducted from the refund.
The customer has 7 days from return authorization to ship the purchase back.
