We begin by selecting the finest pelts at the world’s leading auctions: Kopenhagen Fur, Saga and Sojuzpushnina. Each pelt undergoes rigorous quality control to meet our exacting standards.
2. PREPARING FUR
Using advanced technologies at our factories,we tan, trim, and process the fur to make itsoft, elastic, and durable. This ensures thedesired color and texture are achieved withperfection.
3. DESIGN
Our designers create unique sketches, inspired by the latestfashion trends and tailored to meet individual clientpreferences.
4. CUTTING
The fur is cut with utmost precision according to the patterns. If the design includes intricate patterns, we use the intarsiatechnique to craft detailed decorative elements.
5. ASSEMBLY AND SEWING
During the assembly stage, ourcraftsmen manually piece togetherevery detail to ensure the perfect fit.For interior finishes, we use premiumlinings and high-quality accessories.
6. QUALITY CONTROL
Each fur coat undergoes multiple stages of
inspection. We meticulously assess the quality of seams, durability of connections, symmetry, and overall appearance of the product.
